Helping You To Put Together the Pieces
My first session was quite emotional; there were times during our session (which lasted over an hour) were I struggled to gather my thoughts because of the pain I was in (I went through a sudden change in my marriage (separation). Jennifer eloquently pointed out during our initial session that she will ensure that with time and her guidance that I will be in a much better place physically, emotionally and spiritually. Well, Jennifer was right! In addition, I was able to walk away with invaluable tools and insights that helped me through my difficulty. These tools are something I'll carry with me far into the future. Needless to say, I am in a much better place now in my life and for that I am thankful. The Jennifer Experience was/is knowledgable, professional, and more importantly confidential. I would highly recommend the Jennifer experience to anyone struggling with any ailments be it emotional issues, issues with depression, stress, etc.

The Jennifer Experience has been more than just an experience for me it was the shift that my life needed. When I first met Jennifer I was at a place in life where I was stuck. I couldn't see the Forrest for the trees. I had lost my zeal for vision and purpose and was not the confident person that I once was.
The Jennifer experience helped get me back to enjoying life , back to being focused, but most of all it has taught me to value , and love myself first. I walk with a new attitude , and as Coach always says learn and understand that no one can beat you at loving you... And because of the Jennifer Experience I love me even the more.

As a working actress in Los Angeles, I can't begin to tell you of the challenges that one may face while pursuing their dream. It is imperative to have a strong center and a true sense of self along the journey. And even though us artists may seem to have the answers to life's questions, we actually have non of the answers and tend to question ourselves daily. Jennifer is endowed with the unique ability to help me find those answers in a healthy environment where discretion is sacred. She has reinforced my own personal vow of greatness. Coaching for me came from a need to not allow others to have such an effect on my emotions. Through coaching, I was able work on some other underlying issues. Because of thejenniferexperience, I found the strength to be able to love me like I needed to again. She helped me to realize I deserved much better than I had previously allowed myself receive. I realized I had lowered the bar expecting others to rise to my standards when the mistake was me lowering the bar to begin with. My overall attitude, confidence, thought process among things have improved as a result of having gone through "TheJenniferExperience". I am forever thankful!!
